This year we hosted our 3rd Annual Meat Fest. It has become quite the tradition that everyone looks forward to.
This year the theme was All American Meatery and the meat choices included: Grilled Leg of Lamb with Ancho Chile Marinade, Grilled Tuscan Steak with Olive Oil and Lemon, Tequlia Lime Chicken and Herb Marinated Pork Loin.
I also made my first batch of Cinnamon Ice Cream to go with the Apple Crisp I made with the apples from the orchard.
We also had plenty of sides to go with the meat including: Cucumber Tomato Salad, Orzo Salad with Lemon, Feta, and Pine Nuts, Fresh Salsa and Tzatziki Sauce.
