Week Two of Our Unprocessed Food Challenge

Well last week was pretty sad in our attempt to eat unprocessed food. We started off strong with a delicious Monday night meal and then I really fell off the wagon early in the week because of some social commitments that included eating things other than meat and veggies. Patrick was also not feeling the best this week (probably because he wasn't eating enough calories) so we got Chipotle one night. Not exactly Paleo, but a pretty good choice considering our other option probably would have been pizza. By the weekend we were both completely off Paleo during our trip to Green Bay for the Packer game. So this week we both ate a lot of crap, but we are back at it again this week so I think we just needed the reminder of how good it feels to eat healthy.

Here is a breakdown of what we ate during week two.

Day 8 - 9.9.13

Dinner - Grilled Chicken Sausage Potato Salad w/Side of Steamed Broccoli, Fried Egg w/Tomato & Avocado + Apple w/Almond Butter

Dinner (Sara) - Twin's Game - Cheeseburger and Fries
Dinner (Patrick) - Saut├ęd Shredded Chicken, Bacon, Red Sweet Pepper, Onion, Mushrooms, Kale, Cilantro, Adobo Pepper, Tomatoes, & Black Pepper Scrambled Eggs in Cabbage Wraps + Avocado & Tomato Slices

Dinner - Turkey Burger Meat Balls with Zucchini Pasta in Pesto Sauce + Fruit
