28 Day Paleo Challenge

We ate so well all last year and then the holidays and coldest winter ever came and our good eating habits suffered. So we decided to start a 28 Paleo Challenge to get back on track. We don't plan to do 100% Paleo, but our goal is eat Paleo 90-95% of the time.

I didn't keep track of breakfast or lunches this time, but we basically eat a banana for breakfast and for lunch we have veggies, hummus, fruit and a boiled egg.

Here is what we ate for dinner the first couple weeks, plus some cheating for Easter Brunch, The Hot Chocolate Run, Patrick's Work Trip to Chicago and Happy Hour at the 5-8 Club:
